RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each customer of our online store has the right to exchange or return the goods purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. Applications are processed within 1 to 14 days.

  1. Write a return declaration (according to the formula).
  2. Pack the goods, the statement and the original proof of purchase (VAT invoice, receipt) OR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION FROM THE DOTPAY SERVICE
  3. Send to TC PRO Krzysztof Waluś (ul. Czartoryskiego 5/8, 51-125 Wrocław).

WYMIANA

  1. Place an order for a new product (with a comment: exchange).
  2. Write a return statement by adding the number of the new order (according to the pattern).
  3. Pack the goods, declaration and proof of purchase (VAT invoice / receipt).

WARUNKI ZWROTU

  1. The possibility of returning purchased items applies to goods that will be: unused, undamaged, complete, clean, free from foreign smells, with original packaging, label and other elements that it had at the time of sale and will not be an individual order product. The returned goods must also be accompanied by a document confirming the sale, i.e. a receipt or invoice OR A CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT FROM THE DOTPAY SERVICE
  2. If the above conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the buyer by means of a delivery (UPS courier) for cash on delivery in the amount of PLN 30. Failure to collect such a shipment by the Customer will result in the failure to re-send the product. In this case, the
  3. Customer is not entitled to a refund of the amount equivalent to the costs incurred for the purchase of the returned goods.
    If the conditions set out in point 1 are met, the Customer is entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the selling price of the returned goods, less the cost of shipping or shipments.
  4. The reimbursement is always made by the same route that the buyer has chosen. The only exception is payment on delivery – in this case, the refund is made by bank transfer. All transport costs related to the return and exchange are the responsibility of the buyer. In the absence of a product for which the replacement procedure has been initiated, we automatically refund the amount due.
  5. The store does not accept any parcels sent COD.
  6. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded by means of distance communication does not apply to:
    • Goods that do not meet the conditions set out in point 1
    • Individual orders after payment and starting the production process.
