ORDER STATUSES

Each user who has purchased goods in our store receives an e-mail confirming the order. In the same message, the ordering party receives an order number, which allows him to check the current status of the order.
Each registered customer can view the list of recent orders. This can be done after logging in, where the current status of the order will be shown.

STATUSES AND THEIR MEANING

Waiting for payment
This status says that we have already completed the goods and are waiting for collection at the personal collection point after prior telephone contact, i.e. in Wrocław at ul. Czartoryskiego 5/8. The payment is settled upon receipt of the order.
Canceled
The order was canceled at the customer’s request or for other reasons.
Turned
At the time of complaints, exchanges or returns, we inform the customer that the goods returned by him have arrived.
Realized
This information tells us that the order is completed and paid for (if you choose prepayment). The order has been sent to the customer.
Paused (waiting for payment)
This is information that the goods are available and ready for shipment. All you need to do is make the payment. After receiving the money on our account, we send the goods immediately.
In progress
The order has been accepted and if the goods are available in our warehouse, they will be reserved, if the goods are not in stock, the customer will be informed about it.
